ボクはこれを「なきゃ病」と呼んでいるんだけど、
例えば、ダイエットでもしなきゃしなきゃと思えば思うほど
ストレスとなり、余計に食に走る・・・と言うことが
オレ調べで分かっている。

更新が遅くなったから・・・
とは言っても誰かに強要されている訳じゃないし・・・
オレの趣味だし・・・
サボっていた訳じゃないし・・・
ちなみにサボるってフランス語の「sabotage」から来てるの
知ってた？？
