今日のお昼は北区庄内通、志賀公園そばにある
「めん亭 はるもと」さんにいしもと先輩とおじゃましましたw
うどんやおそばもあるのですが、看板にも書いてあるように
「和風ら〜めん」にそそられる！！
そして、ロッケンローなマスターオススメの「つけ麺」を頂きました。
ええ、アナタの目が幻覚を見ている訳でも、
あれっ？オチケン、ラーメンの話は？
と疑問に思ってもいいです。
これは
「な・ま・た・ま・ご」
です！！
そうなんです！！麺を汁にダイブさせたあとさらに溶いた生卵にくぐらせる！
まさにつけ麺の大運動会、障害物競走なのです！！！
シコシコの麺は喉ごしもよく、つけ麺にしては細めの麺が汁によく絡み、
これだけでも十分に美味しいのですが、そこに生卵！につけてみると・・・
「まろやかぁ〜ん」」
となる訳です。ナゼ店主がこの食べ方を思いついたのか・・・・今度聞いてみます。
次は和風ラーメンを食べようかな。でも、うどんも気になるんだよね・・・・
あー食べ物のことを考えると幸せ・・・

すごくいたって普通ーなお店なのにロッケンローラー的な店主・・・そして付け麺にタマゴ・・・
全てがミスマッチのようで、実はすごく合ってるっていうことなんですね★
きっと食べたら、他の人にも「まあだまされたとおもってタマゴつけてみな！！」って言っちゃうんだろうな・・・
気になるお味★
わぉ～～かなり気になるこのラーメン！！
卵見たときは、「熱いスープに入れてトロトロになったところで食べるんでしょ～？！」って思ってたけど、まさか生のままいくとは驚きですね！
オチケンさんは大阪でよくラーメン食べてますが、名古屋のオススメのお店もどんどん教えてくださ～い☆
